Resort Pool Pass Visitor Check-In Process
Please proceed to the Hilton Lobby seating area located next to the Hilton elevators. Dial your pool host at (725) 207-5228 and someone will greet you at the Hilton Lobby seating area. There they will verify your ticket purchase on your phone and will escort you up to the Main Pool Deck.DISCLAIMER
This day pass is a final purchase and for non-hotel guests only. Pool chairs are available on a first come, first served basis. Pool passes grants visitors access to resort pools, excluding the Cabana Pool and Ayu. Pool amenities require additional fees.Weather permitting, pool hours are 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The pool deck may be closed without notice at the descression of pool management.
Resorts World is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests assume all risks associated with pool use, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents. Government Issued ID Required: A valid ID is required for access to Athena Pool all guests must be 21+. Access & Hours: Entry is permitted only during posted pool hours.
By purchasing a pool pass, visitors agree to comply with all resort pool policies. The resort reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who do not adhere to these guidelines.
